1. Shipping Locations We currently deliver orders within Pakistan.
2. Free Delivery We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders across Pakistan. Customers will not be charged a separate shipping fee at checkout for eligible deliveries.
3. Order Processing Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.
4. Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is generally: Major cities: 2–4 business days Other areas: 3–5 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cash on Delivery Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations. For COD orders, the customer must pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery. We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their full name, complete address, city, and phone number. If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Delayed or Lost Orders Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service and delivery conditions. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the shipment status.
8. Damaged Packages If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or videos of the package and product to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
